Cuetzalan means "place of precious feather" or "beautiful place".
At 900 meters above sea level, this magical town traps moisture from the Gulf of Mexico that allows the cultivation of bananas and coffee.

Cuetzalan is one of the most important cities in the Northern Highlands of Puebla. Emphasizes the church of San Francesco, the Renaissance style and its Sunday market which covers almost the entire town.

We can not miss:

-Yohualichan: The pyramids of Totonac origin.

-Santuario de Guadalupe: in Baroque style, dating from the nineteenth century and the tower were added pottery

-The Waterfalls, Pools and Grottos: Las Brisas, El Salto, Las Hamacas, La Atepatahua y el Cuichatl; Atepolihni, Chivostoc y Cohuatichan.
